Delivery in London: Free delivery after £300 (Price of our typical three seater sofa! YUM!)
Delivery in England: Free delivery after £3000 But rest assured, all our furniture is top quality and is so value for money that we’re pretty sure you won’t have any problem hitting that £3000 criteria by simply adding a bit of this and bit of that. We’ve got you!👍
Delivery in Wales & Scotland: You may need to contact us for this one. It doesn’t mean we won’t be delivering, It’s just easier to contact us so we can give you a fair price for your location. (I promise it’s so much easier to speak to one of our friendly humans instead.)👨‍💼

Unfortunately, although we would love to deliver to every single place on earth possible we cannot deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, or the Highlands.

Free Delivery

The most exciting bit after ordering your dream furniture, yet. We generally love to keep you in the loop from the beginning to the end so you should expect to know when your delivery will be already. Here let’s briefly discuss the process on the day.

The customer will be notified 1-2 days before the day of Delivery. This gives plenty of time for the customer to make preparations before we visit. We generally aim to deliver the products to the agreed delivery address between 10:00 am and 6 pm on the agreed day. Oh before we forget to mention…We also do the installation for free as a gesture of goodwill for choosing us!

Express Delivery

Our Express delivery service is designed to work entirely for your own convenience. As we believe that centred address up to 50 miles away and the products the customer has purchased are delivered at the time the customer specifies.

A special delivery service fee of £ 100 is charged to the customers who wish to take advantage of the special delivery service.

Our special delivery service fee is £ 100, and if our delivery team cannot deliver the products within the specified time, this fee will be refunded to the customer.

Delivery Times

The delivery time of the products the customer has received varies according to the region to be delivered; however, the average time is 2 weeks if the products are in the warehouse.

If products the customer purchased are not in the warehouse, the standard delivery times are between 8 and 15 weeks. (This period may be longer due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and this is not a valid reason for the cancellation of the sale.)

NOTE: Customers may need to wait an extra 4 weeks for orders to be delivered to Scotland

Failed Delivery

If the customer requests for a cancellation of the delivery or the customer cannot be reached after the shipment scheduled, the customer will be charged a £ 100 shipment cancellation fee due to the fact that the customer will cause at least 2 qualified masters to be vacant during working hours.

Removal of Old Furnitures

The room where the products will arrive must be evacuated by the customer before the day of delivery. Our delivery team does not have to evacuate your room for free. If the delivery team vacates the room, you will be charged an extra £ 20 - £ 100 according to the density of the items. In addition, the payment is needed to paid to the delivery team cash in hand after the assembly process.

(If the old furniture is damaged during transportation, the customer will be responsible for the damage.)

If customers do not want to pay a fee for transporting the products, customers can contact their municipalities or aid organizations to purchase their products.

Faulty Products

Customers have the right to receive the products they ordered in full. In the event that the products which the customer has received are delivered to the customer incompletely or if the customer informs us about the deficiencies in the product within 24 hours from the delivery date, the deficient part will be replaced with a new one free of charge.

In case the replacement part of the product is in stocks, this process is carried out on the first day of shipment to the customer’s region. The spare part is ordered and the part is replaced within 12 weeks if the products that are not in stocks. (Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this process can take longer and this is not a valid reason for the cancellation of the order.)

Additional Delivery Information

Before ordering a product, all measurements must have been received by the customer. If the product or products you have bought do not pass through doors and corridors or fit in your room, all responsibility belongs to the customer. (Our standard return policy applies to the returning products that do not fit in the customer room or pass through the doors.)

In case of missing products, the customer will not be charged for the product that is not delivered, but the payment of the damaged delivered products must be made until delivery at the latest.
